PREPARATION/REGISTRATION OF LAND AND BANKING INSTRUMENTS

We obtain Certificate of Occupancy, Governor's Consent, conduct detailed searches both at the Lands Registry as well as at the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). In addition, we perfect Mortgages, Mortgage Debentures, Deeds of Assignment, Deeds of Lease, Powers of Attorney, to mention but a few, on behalf of our clients, particularly financial institutions. We leverage on our full understanding as well as our cordial relationship with officials of the Lands Registry and those at the Corporate Affairs Commission which impacts positively on our service delivery to our clients.

LITIGATION

We are actively involved in civil and criminal proceedings arising but not limited to the above referred matters.
