In pursuant of knowledge and experience in our ever dynamic Corporate environment, Ayorinde joined Guaranty Trust Bank Plc in July 2008 as a Legal Officer where he was seconded to the Property Department of the Bank to oversee the legal aspect of the Bank’s Property acquisition with over 200 properties under his portfolio. He was involved in detailed due diligence and legal advisory in relating to acquisition of Properties for the Bank’s use, preparation and review of Property Agreements as well as the supervision of the perfection process in various Lands Registry nationwide. In addition, he was saddled with the responsibility of resolving issues revolving around Properties so acquired by the Bank ranging from the issue of title, encroachment, obtaining approved building plan, compliance and general litigation arising therefrom. Having had cognate experience in active legal practice coupled with the Banking experience, he fully understands the workings and expectations of financial institutions in particular in relation to legal transactions. Ayorinde has garnered valuable experience in Banking, Corporate and Real Estate Law and Practice.
